This website is operated by ARA Performance ("we", "us", "our"), a sole trader based at Bucknell, Shropshire SY7 0AQ, United Kingdom.

2. What data we collect

When you submit a quote enquiry we collect:

  • Your name
  • Mobile phone number
  • Vehicle registration
  • The service you're interested in
  • Any message you send us
  • Basic marketing attribution data (UTM parameters, Google Click ID / GCLID) so we know which advert brought you here

We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

3. Why we use it

We use your information to:

  • Respond to your enquiry (call you back, quote your job, book you in).
  • Keep basic records of work carried out on your vehicle.
  • Measure and improve our Google Ads performance.

Our lawful basis under UK GDPR is your consent (ticking the box on the form) and our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries about our services.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business:

  • Our CRM / form provider (GoHighLevel) which stores enquiry submissions.
  • Advertising platforms (Google, Meta) for measurement of ad performance — through their standard pixels and click IDs.
  • Website hosting.

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and job records for as long as needed to service your vehicle and meet our legal record-keeping obligations. If you never book in, we'll delete your enquiry from our CRM within 24 months.

6. Cookies

We use a small number of essential cookies to keep the site running and to remember your marketing source across pages (so we can attribute your enquiry to the right ad). We do not use invasive tracking cookies.

7. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

  • Ask what data we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct or delete it.
  • Withdraw consent at any time.
  • Complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
